Sealcoating Designed To Last.
No decades-long track record yet — what you get instead is one person, on every job, accountable for the result.
Sunline Sealcoating and Striping LLC exists to do right by Connecticut homeowners and property owners. Here's how it got started.

Beck Curtis

Igrew up on job sites. Starting at age six, I rode along with my grandparents — both ran their own excavation businesses — helping out around the shop and yard after hours and watching two successful companies built from the ground up. That's where my work ethic came from.
I later earned a construction management degree from Central Connecticut State University, worked a day job for a short stretch, and then left it to build multiple construction businesses of my own. Sunline is the latest — built to flip the script on what a blue-collar business can be: honest pricing, written proposals, and no pop-up-crew pressure tactics, ever.
We're here to flip the script on the blue-collar services industry.
What you get is a simple standard: Beck personally handles every estimate and every job. No subcontracted crew, no bait-and-switch between the person who quotes it and the person who does the work.
This industry has a real reputation problem with fly-by-night, unlicensed crews who show up unsolicited, take cash, and disappear before problems show up. We're built to be the opposite of that: a registered Connecticut LLC, fully insured, with a written proposal or bid for every job — never just a handshake.
We treat sealcoating and crack filling as preventive maintenance that also happens to cost a fraction of a full repave. It's for people who want to protect an investment, save real money doing it, and not cut corners.

Real Savings, Real Protection
Sealcoating extends the life of sound asphalt at a fraction of what a full repave costs — real value today and years of protection ahead.
Licensed & Insured, On Paper
A registered Connecticut LLC, insured with $1M/$2M general liability coverage. A Certificate of Insurance is available on request — no vague reassurances.
No Pop-Up-Crew Pressure Tactics
This industry has a real reputation problem with fly-by-night operators who show up unsolicited and disappear. We give you a written proposal, on the spot, and let it speak for itself.
